Everything at the Culinary Institute of America is about food. The moment I opened the door and entered the building, my nose was filled with the scents of freshly baked bread, cookies, cake, chocolate and chicken. Just at that moment I knew I was going to enjoy my day. Waiting beside the stairs were three students. They introduced themselves and split us into three groups. My groups’ guide name was Chelsea. She told us that she was she was in the CIA’s culinary arts program. This commenced the “world of food.” Submitted by Samantha!
